In his speech, President Javier Milei clearly identified winners and losers in a message not characterized by moderation and proper decorum, but rather marked by strong confrontations with Peronism and, to a lesser extent, with the left.

With an impassioned speech, President Javier Milei attacked Kirchnerism, labeling it «corrupt» and «murderers» due to the government of Cristina Kirchner's ties with Iran, a country he recalled, set off «two bombs» in Argentina, referring to the attacks on the Israeli Embassy and the AMIA headquarters.

«Come explain to me what happened with Nisman,» he shot at the Peronist opposition, who couldn't even enjoy the broadcast of the official address. The mandatary also repeatedly referred to Fernández de Kirchner's status as a «prisoner». «There are people who don't have votes but are in love with the chair,» he reiterated a while later in La Nacion+.

The last recipients of his criticism were a sector of businessmen, whom he defined as «thieves born of their commercial action». «When a legal framework attacks natural law, to life and property, we are facing an illegitimate legal framework,» he ruled, without providing too many details.

Milei again targeted Paolo Rocca: «Do you think it's normal to pay $4,000 a ton for steel tubes when it costs $1,400?» He called Minister of Economy Luis Caputo «the best Minister of Economy in the world» for the adjustment he implemented at the beginning of his administration. He also mentioned the «colossus» Minister of Deregulation, Federico Sturzenegger, architect of the labor reform passed last Friday; a kiss for the head of senators, Patricia Bullrich, and the usual praise for Minister of Human Capital, Sandra Pettovello, for having «ended the pickets» and «eliminated discretionary transfers» in social assistance.
